These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Quick-eV Portal (“the Software”), a platform designed to manage residential communal electric vehicle (EV) chargers. You agree to be bound by these Terms by accessing or using the Software. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Software.
DEFINITIONS
- “Software”: Refers to Quick-eV Portal, including its website, mobile application, and associated services.
- “User”: Refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Software.
- “Charger Owner”: The entity or individual responsible for managing or owning the communal EV chargers.
- “EV Charger”: Communal electric vehicle chargers managed through the Software.
ELIGIBILITY
- To use the software, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
- The Software is intended for Users managing or using communal EV chargers in residential settings.
USER ACCOUNTS
- Users may need to log in to the account to access certain features of the Software.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
PERMITTED USE
- The Software may only be used for managing and scheduling communal EV chargers.
- Users may not use the Software for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:
- Interfering with other Users’ access or use of the Software.
- Circumventing security measures of the Software.
- Reverse-engineering, modifying, or distributing the Software without permission.
FEES AND PAYMENTS
- Access to the Software may include subscription fees or service charges, as outlined during the account setup or service agreement.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
DATA AND PRIVACY
- The Software collects certain data to enable its functionality. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and usage.
- By using the Software, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with these Terms.
DISCLAIMER

- Quick-eV Private Limited does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Software.
- Quick-eV Private Limited is not responsible for any issues arising from the misuse of EV chargers or delays caused by hardware malfunctions.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
- Quick-eV Private Limited will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage resulting from:
- Use or inability to use the Software.
- Unauthorized access to your data.
- Errors or inaccuracies in Software functionality.
TERMINATION
- Quick-eV Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
- Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease immediately.
AMENDMENTS
- Quick-eV Private Limited may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Indian Penal Code, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
